Before You Order What can be included in my keepsake jewelry?
Each piece is handcrafted to preserve the memories that matter most. We can incorporate ashes, hair, fur, dried flowers, breastmilk, fabric, sand, soil, and many other meaningful inclusions.
If you have something special in mind that isn’t listed, please reach out—we’re always happy to discuss creating a truly personal keepsake.
Before You Order Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
No two keepsakes are ever identical, and that’s what makes each one so special. Every piece is individually handcrafted using your loved one’s unique inclusions.
Ashes naturally vary in color and texture, while dried flowers retain their own beautiful characteristics. The result is a one-of-a-kind keepsake that is as unique as the life and memories it represents.
Customization Can I customize the color of my stone?
Absolutely. While many families choose a timeless natural look, we also offer a variety of beautiful colors to complement your style.
Whether you prefer soft neutrals, vibrant colors, shimmer, or subtle sparkle, we’ll work with you to create a piece that’s perfect for you. Simply leave your color choice in the notes at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
Inclusions How much of my loved one’s ashes or other inclusions do you need?
We only require a very small amount—approximately ¼ to ½ teaspoon of ashes, a few strands of hair or fur, several dried flower petals, or a small piece of fabric.
Any unused inclusions are carefully packaged and returned with your completed order because we understand how precious they are.
Inclusions Can multiple loved ones or pets be included in one piece?
Yes. We can respectfully combine ashes, hair, fur, flowers, or other meaningful inclusions from multiple loved ones or beloved pets into a single keepsake.
Simply include a note with your shipment explaining how you would like everything incorporated.
Sizing What if I don’t know my ring size?
If you’re unsure of your ring size, most local jewelry stores will size your finger at little or no cost. Ring sizers are also available online.
If you need additional time before selecting your size, simply contact us before production begins.
Ordering Can I make changes after placing my order?
If you need to change your design, metal, size, or color, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because every piece is custom-made by hand, changes may not be possible once your jewelry has entered production.
Custom Designs Do you create custom designs?
Yes! One of our favorite things is helping families create meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces.
If you have a design idea or would like to modify one of our existing styles, we’d love to work with you to create something truly AMAZING.
Production How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Every keepsake is handcrafted from start to finish using your personal inclusions. Our typical turnaround time is 6–8 weeks after we receive your inclusions.
During busy seasons, processing times may vary slightly, but we never rush the craftsmanship that goes into your special piece.
Care Is memorial jewelry waterproof?
Your keepsake is designed to be enjoyed every day and can handle everyday life. However, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, using hot tubs, or exposing it to harsh chemicals.
Taking these simple precautions will help preserve both the memorial stone and the precious metal for many years.

Materials What is the difference between gold-filled and solid gold?
14K Gold Filled jewelry has a thick layer of genuine 14K gold permanently bonded to a base metal. It is highly durable, tarnish-resistant, and offers the appearance of solid gold at a more affordable price.
10K & 14K Solid Gold jewelry is crafted entirely from gold alloy throughout the piece, making it the most durable and valuable option. With proper care, it can be treasured for generations.
Returns & Exchanges What is your return policy?
Due to the customization of each piece, there are no returns or exchanges.
Because every keepsake is custom-made using your personal inclusions, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Shipping Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship throughout the United States and to customers around the world.
Care How should I care for my keepsake jewelry?
Every order includes a care card with detailed instructions.
For the longest life of your jewelry, we recommend:
- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.
- Remove it before swimming, showering, or cleaning.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.
- Clean only the metal with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid soaking or scrubbing the memorial stone.
